Recap: Rain showers and gusty winds washed out Friday afternoon’s qualifying sessions for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway, forcing NASCAR to set the lineup per the NASCAR Rulebook. Due to the rainout, the lineup for Sunday’s 400-lap event was set by reverting back to speeds in the first practice session. Joey Logano, driver of the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford Fusion, was second-quickest in the morning’s practice and will start second.
