Joey Logano led the way for Team Penske in qualifying for Saturday night’s Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond Raceway in the No. 22 American Red Cross/Shell-Pennzoil Ford Fusion. Logano turned in the third fastest time in the opening round, followed by the 10th fastest time in the second round before ultimately turning in the 12th fastest time in the final round.
